UK 1st Class Delivery - £2.00
All orders will be sent via Standard First Class Royal Mail with proof of postage. If your order does not arrive within five days of receipt of your dispatch email, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Orders are dispatched during normal working days, Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
All items other than phone cases will be shipped within three days of ordering. You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched.
Phone cases are printed to order so may take longer to reach you. There are more details on each individual product page. Phone cases are sent via Royal Mail 48 Hour Delivery. Please ensure somebody is at your postal address to sign for your parcel. If you have not received your order within five days of receipt of your dispatch email, please email email@example.com.
For orders over £50, a signature will be required upon delivery.
All International order will be sent via Standard First Class Royal Mail. Each country has different delivery times. On average, it should be between 5-15 days.
Buyers are responsible for any charges incurred. Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for any charges incurred at customs.
How do I return an item?
We offer refunds on purchases up to 14 days after receipt of your order. To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same conditional as you received it. It must also be in it's original packaging.
To return an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed within 10 days.
Buyers are responsible for paying return postage costs. Please consider using a traceable shipping service. Proof of postage is not proof of us receiving your item.
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, it will be dealt as a refund shown above.
In the unlikely event that anything in your order is faulty, please email email@example.com within two days of receipt of your order and we will get a replacement sent out straight away. If you would prefer a refund, please let us know.
We only offer refunds on full priced items. Sale items are non refundable.
