If you have placed an order outside of these dates, please note we cannot guarantee your order will arrive before Christmas.

We will post all orders received by the above cut off date by Royal Mail's recommended dates. Whilst we make every effort to ensure your parcel will arrive on time, please note that it is a super busy time of year and unfortunately we cannot control lost or delayed parcels. Please send an email to if your order is not delivered on time and we will do everything we can to help.

All orders will be sent via Standard First Class Royal Mail with proof of postage. If your order does not arrive within five days of receipt of your dispatch email, please send an email to Orders are dispatched during normal working days, Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

Orders will be posted within three days of ordering. You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched. Phone cases are printed to order so will take longer to reach you. There are more details on each individual product page. Within the UK, it should take around 7 working days. Outside of the UK, it will take up to 20 working days if your order is placed within the Christmas period.

For orders over £50, a signature will be required upon delivery.

All International order will be sent via Standard First Class Royal Mail. Each country has different delivery times. On average, it should be between 5-15 days.

Buyers are responsible for any charges incurred. Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for any charges incurred at customs.

How do I return an item?


We offer refunds on purchases up to 14 days after receipt of your order. To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same conditional as you received it. It must also be in it's original packaging. 

To return an item, please email Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed within 10 days.

Buyers are responsible for paying return postage costs. Please consider using a traceable shipping service. Proof of postage is not proof of us receiving your item.


If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, it will be dealt as a refund shown above.


In the unlikely event that anything in your order is faulty, please email within two days of receipt of your order and we will get a replacement sent out straight away. If you would prefer a refund, please let us know.

We only offer refunds on full priced items. Sale items are non refundable.
